You can use the parasols in mild/medium strength winds however you will need to store them in stronger winds.
The correct size would depend on the what the client wants to achieve and the space available to them. Restaurants and events will normally use a 2m or 2.2m parasol as its mostly for branding purposes, people buying a parasol for their houses will normally take a larger parasol, 3m/3.2m Hex or even a 2.9m Square or the 3.9m Octagonal depending on the area available to them.
The Fabric we use is a Viking 300 outdoor fabric
There are 2 options to clean the covers, First option is to cold hand wash it using a bit of OMO powder, once washed refit it to the frame to dry out in the sun. The second option is to have it drycleaned but be careful as some laundromats short cut this process and can cause more harm than good. Clients can send the covers back to us as we do have a very reliable laundromat that we use to clean covers. The frames you can just clean with a wet cloth.
If a parasol gets damaged the client can send the parasol back to us to access and quote for repairs. Some of our older clients may also just purchase the parts directly from us and do their repairs themselves.
The parasol won’t need any maintenance or repair if you look after it.
On average it will take 2 weeks, but this will change according to the job specs and the current production list. Once an order has been placed, Nadia will always send a confirmation letter giving an estimated completion date so the customer knows when they can expect the parasol.
The warrantee is a full warrantee on all parts of the parasol for 1 year after purchase. As long as if the parasol hasn’t been damaged due to being mishandled, we will repair the parasol under warrantee.
You don’t need to use the protective cover if you bring the parasol indoors after use, however using the protective cover will extend the life of the canvas cover and prevent any scuffing or dirt getting onto the cover. If the parasol stays outside, it is highly recommended to use the protective cover.
